Standard Iron is seeking a Production Welding Supervisor to lead and support the welding production team, coordinating activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding and manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Hands-on welding experience, preferably in production/fabrication.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, weld quality, fit-up, blueprints, and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support welding employees to promote teamwork, accountability, safety, quality, and high performance.
• Coordinate daily welding activities to ensure production schedules, customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery expectations are met.
• Assign work, monitor performance, provide direction, and ensure training and resources are available.
