Kelly Services in Hartland, WI is seeking a Robotic Welder for a 1st shift direct-hire opportunity. You will operate automated welding equipment to produce quality metal components while adhering to safety and production standards.

Qualified candidates have welding/manufacturing experience; robotic welding is a plus, with willingness to learn. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily startup and shutdown procedures.
• Load and unload parts into robotic welding fixtures.
• Monitor welding processes for quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and weld quality.
• Identify and report equipment, process, or quality concerns.
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance on robotic welding cells.
• Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Kelly is partnering with a respected manufacturer in Hartland, WI to hire a Robotic Welder for a direct-hire opportunity.

This is a great fit for someone with welding or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable 1st-shift position , hands-on training, and the opportunity to grow their skills in robotic welding.

Job Details

Position: Robotic Welder

Location: Hartland, WI

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00AM-2:00PM

Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

As a Robotic Welder, you will operate automated welding equipment to produce quality fabricated metal components while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete daily startup and shutdown procedures
• Load and unload parts into robotic welding fixtures
• Monitor welding processes for quality and consistency
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and weld quality
• Identify and report equipment, process, or quality concerns
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance on robotic welding cells
• Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures
