Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding machines, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Perform high-quality welds according to specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools.
• Adjust equipment to maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with steel assembly and CNC-related operations as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support production goals, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
