Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Welder for a local Iowa manufacturing company. The role involves welding and fabrication work on agricultural and commercial products, with a mixed independent and team-based environment.

Excellent candidates have welding/fabrication experience and a willingness to contribute to a reputation for quality. Starting pay is $21-$23 per hour, with wage increases after 3 and 6 months.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld process specs.
• Prior welding experience is required and expected.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle basic measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and weld process specifications.
• Assemble and weld parts per blueprints and drawings.
• Perform GMAW and flux-cored arc welding processes.
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment as needed.
• Use plasma cutter, grinder, and tape measure during work.
• Support crane operations and maintain part quality throughout.

Welder | $21-$23 To Start. Wage Increase Potential after 3 and 6 months! Monday–Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm!

We are hiring Welders for a local manufacturing company. This position works both independently and on a team to build various agricultural and commercial products. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable company in the area. Those who have prior welding/fabricating experience are strongly encouraged to apply! This is a popular welding position with only a select number of positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blue prints and weld process specifications
• Assemble and weld parts in accordance with blue prints, drawings and written communication methods
• Ability to gas metal arc weld and flux cored arc weld
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment
• Use of various hand tools such as plasma cutter, grinder, tape measure
• Operate over head cranes
• Check and maintain quality of parts throughout the manufacturing process

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous welding experience, required
