Qualifications

• Must have Sub Arc welding experience.
• Must have Flux-Core welding experience.
• Must have Carbon Arc welding experience.

Responsibilities

• High-quality Sub Arc welding
• Equipment setup by adjusting welding heads, wire feed speed, and voltage or amperage parameters according to specifications
• Clean, fit, and align equipment
• Watch gauges, meters, and machine movement to maintain stable operation
• Remove surplus slag by using brushes, scrapers, and grinders
• Stick weld to repair or improve areas after the machine is done
