Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with steel assembly and CNC operations is a plus.
• Welding techniques, fabrication processes, and PPE knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding machines and fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Adjust equipment to ensure quality welds meeting production standards.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with precision instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Train less experienced employees in welding processes as needed.
