This full-time position requires strong blueprint-reading skills and a commitment to quality welds. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years welding experience, can work with minimal supervision, and will pass a weld certification test within six months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate welding and cutting equipment.

• Follow established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Complete additional production or fabrication duties as assigned

BlueWorx is seeking an experienced Welder for a manufacturing opportunity in Shawnee, OK. This position is responsible for setting up and operating welding equipment to join and fabricate metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders.

The ideal candidate has strong blueprint-reading skills, takes pride in producing quality welds, and can work with minimal supervision while maintaining production and safety standards.

Position Overview

The Welder will prepare, fit, tack, weld, and fabricate metal components while ensuring finished work meets required specifications and quality standards. Candidates should have a strong understanding of welding equipment, fabrication techniques, and proper setup procedures.
