Job summary

Tally Personnel, LLC is seeking a manufacturing associate in Houston, TX to support welding and finishing operations in a safety-first environment. You will read engineering prints, use hand and power tools to assist welders, and operate grinders and a plasma cutter.

Responsibilities include crane handling, inspecting materials, maintaining equipment, recording labor hours, and following instructions. A High School Diploma or GED and 1 year related experience are required, with on-the-job

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year related experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and/or logistics, or approved by Manager.
• Ability to read an engineering print.
• Ability to use hand and power tools for maintenance, repairs, or tests.
• Ability to use measuring and inspection tools for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and efficiency goals.
• Operate grinding tools and a plasma cutter.
• Move products with an overhead crane and perform inspections.
• Follow safety policies, keep work area clean, and record labor hours accurately.
• Assist in training new employees in mechanical techniques.
