Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with hand tools, band saws, or torch cutting in industrial settings.
• Preferred: 1+ year plasma table programming/operating and experience with measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform plasma table programming and operate plasma systems, band saw, and chop saw.
• Analyze engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances for cut parts.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses, operator permits, or certifications.
• Improve operations to reduce turnaround times and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to complete assignments, meet deadlines, and review issues for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
