Qualifications

• Must be qualified to operate 2G and 2F welding positions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fit carbon steel parts following weld parameters.
• Interpret weld data sheets, prints and procedures to position parts.
• Perform torch and plasma cutting and grinding as required.
• Maintain quality by cleaning weld areas and verifying dimensions with gauges.
• Operate measuring devices such as tapes, verniers, calipers and micrometers to ensure prints.
• Move materials using crane, dollies and carts and keep work area organized.
