Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work independently.

• Assemble and fabricate metal structures and components based on blueprints and specifications.
• Operate MIG and tack welding equipment and press brake machines effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards for safety and quality.
• Operate hand and power tools and overhead crane.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in welding, particularly with MIG and tack welding techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with operating press brake machines and overhead crane is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
