Job Requirements

• Welder Pay - Starts at $23.00 per hour
• All 10 paid holidays begin on day 1, with a paid day off for your birthday
• Shift options: 1st shift (5am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-1am), Monday through Thursday
• Shift premium of $1.00/hour for 2nd shift

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Use of blueprints, tape measure, and mathematical skills
• Inspect parts prior to fit and ensure proper alignment and conformance
• Ensure correct orientation of parts and proper joint cleanliness and depth
• Fit parts within specifications and weld flat and horizontal positions using GMAW and flux core
• Clean parts after welding
• Operate overhead crane and rigging equipment properly
• Complete operator sign-off and record job times
• Follow all EHS policies and participate in safety initiatives

Qualifications

• 1 to 5+ years of welding experience
• Ability to pass a Jaeger J2 vision test and weld qualification tests
• Ability to read instructions and weld within specified parameters
• Physical ability to perform stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing
• Pre-employment drug screening required
