Your Role:

We currently have projects involving both Steel and Aluminum.

As a Welder/Fabricator at Burger Boat Company, you'll play a key role in our production process, working in our advanced shops and onboard our vessels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastering MIG Welding: Performing certified welding using MIG machines in all positions with precision.
• Transforming Designs into Reality: Working from detailed drawings and instructions to fabricate complex components.
• Precision Fitment: Fitting, positioning, aligning, and assembling plates, structural shapes, and weldments for vessel hulls and superstructures.
• Commitment to Quality: Handling components carefully, preparing and welding to meet high standards, ensuring readiness for assembly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Skills: At least one year of welding experience, proficient in MIG welding and capable of handling diverse challenges.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding prints accurately.
• Team Player: Capable of working independently or collaboratively to ensure top-quality results.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring every weld and assembly meets our high craftsmanship standards.
