Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Fabricator/Welder located in Manitowoc, WI. The Production Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring precision and quality. The role includes setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting completed work for accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The position also involves collaborating with the engineering team to improve fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Experience with metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively
• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding is a plus
