Global Power Components - Production Welder (.035/.045)

Global Power Components is seeking an experienced .035/.045 Production Welder. We are a UL-approved heavy gauge steel diesel fuel tank fabricator.

Responsibilities:

1. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
2. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind, or bolt component parts to achieve required configurations and welding positions.
3. Position and secure workpieces using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines, or hand tools.
4. Inspect products and equipment for defects or malfunctions.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Must pass competency tests, weld test, and pre-employment physical including drug screening.

Additional Information:
