The Position: Responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling components supporting bridge and related structure construction, along with other duties assigned by the Foreman or management.

The Location: This role requires travel across Wisconsin and possibly neighboring states such as Minnesota and Michigan.

The Candidate: Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should be punctual, dependable, able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, tolerate variable weather, work in dusty environments, and handle physically demanding tasks. Membership in a Local Laborer Union or willingness to join is required; prior membership is not mandatory. Certification in D1.1/D1.5 or ability to obtain it, along with at least 2 years of bridge construction or steel fabrication experience, are also required.
