Job summary

• Train and Support: assist in training team members on procedures and share expertise.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $22-$28 per hour (dependent on experience and weld assessment results)

• $3/hour night shift differential

• Per Diem available for non local candidates (> 80 miles from site)

• Shifts: 6a-6p or 6p-6a

• Schedule : Rotating schedule (3 days Week 1, 4 days Week 2)

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate & Weld: Perform fit-up and welding tasks (circular seam. long seam, flange, fillet, etc.) following detailed instructions to ensure proper alignment of components.

• Lead by Example: Demonstrate safety, teamwork, and initiative in every project you tackle.

• Ensure Quality: Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet specifications and quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent quality

• Train and Support: Assist in training team members on procedures and share your expertise.

What We Need:

• Experience: 2 years of welding and fabrication experience.

• AWS Knowledge: Solid understanding of AWS welding symbols and codes.

• Welding Skills: Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, and have the ability to select the right wire, gases, and settings for a perfect arc.

• Tools & Equipment: Know your way around preheating, cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes.

• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $28.00 per hour
