PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team in Ohio. You will perform MIG welding on carbon steel pipe assemblies and related components, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include welding operations, measurement and inspection, teamwork to meet production goals, and overtime opportunities with a 4-day work week. Pay is $22.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook and email.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and complete online training modules.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations to quality standards.
• Operate a NAP (Universal Welder).
• Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe.
• Inspect welds and completed work for defects.
• Verify alignment of fittings.
• Check groove depths and pipe integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Work closely with team to meet production goals.

Now Hiring: 2nd Shift MIG Welder | 4-Day Work Week + Overtime Opportunities

Are you a skilled welder looking for a stable career with a long weekend every week? Join a team where your craftsmanship matters and your welding expertise is valued.

We're seeking an experienced 2nd Shift MIG Welder/Fabricator to help produce high-quality carbon steel pipe assemblies and specialty components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• Friday: Mandatory overtime when scheduled (6-10 hour shift)
• Enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime.

What You'll Do

As a MIG Welder, you'll perform precision welding and fabrication on a variety of components, including:

• Spool pieces
• Flanges
• Carbon steel pipe assemblies
• Specialty fittings and outlets

You'll be responsible for:

• Performing all MIG welding operations to quality standards
• Operating a NAP (Universal Welder)
• Welding outlets onto carbon steel pipe
• Inspecting welds and completed work for defects
• Verifying alignment of fittings
• Checking groove depths and pipe integrity
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns
• Working closely with team members to meet production goals

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
