Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled welder for long-term opportunities in a modern manufacturing environment. You will work on diverse metal fabrication projects across construction, transportation, energy, and industrial sectors.

Shifts include 1st shift Monday–Friday 5:00am–3:30pm and 2nd shift Monday–Thursday 3:30pm–2:00am, with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork. You will read blueprints, select welding methods, and ensure joints meet specs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in MIG, TIG, Flux Core, or Arc welding.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals.
  • Familiarity with overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
  • Strong welding safety knowledge and practices.
  • AWS certification or welding program preferred.
  • Experience with brazing or advanced joining techniques preferred.
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of welding inspection and quality control procedures preferred.
  • Experience with automated or PC-based welding equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Arc welding.
  • Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other fabrication materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to meet project requirements.
  • Operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Inspect welded joints for quality and structural integrity.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects safely.
  • Follow all workplace safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Weld various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and other fabrication materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to meet project requirements
  • Operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Follow all workplace safety standards, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous welding experience with proficiency in MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc welding
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal fabrication processes
  • Familiarity with overhead cranes and material handling equipmentn
  • Strong understanding of welding safety standards and best practices
  • AWS certification or completion of a recognized welding program preferred
  • Experience with brazing or advanced metal joining techniques preferred
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments preferred
  • Knowledge of welding inspection and quality control procedures preferred
  • Experience working with automated or computerized welding equipment preferred
