Aerotek is seeking a TIG Welder to operate on a Contract to Hire basis at the New London, CT production site. You will weld complex components using TIG, interpret blueprints, and maintain strict safety and quality standards on a fully onsite facility.

Perform TIG welding on complex metal components, including stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other specialty materials. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect welds for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT.
The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $36.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
