Why Work Here?

You join a growing organization that has recently secured significant new business, creating strong long-term project stability and opportunities for advancement. This role offers an excellent chance to get a foot in the door with a team that builds complex HVAC systems for demanding applications such as naval and nuclear submarine environments, giving you exposure to high-spec, mission-critical fabrication work. You work in an environment that values skill development, craftsmanship, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, technically challenging projects.

Work Environment

This is a first-shift role, working 5:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with an additional 8-hour shift every other Friday. The facility is non-climate-controlled, so you work in typical industrial shop conditions around welding and fabrication equipment.
