Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be able to pass an internal Weld Test.

Responsibilities

• Lead department goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
• Train and develop team; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Optimize shift staffing for production efficiency.
• Ensure timely flow of resources and item delivery.
• Perform performance reviews and timekeeping per policy.
• Enforce policies and manage discipline per procedures.
• Participate in safety investigations and CI projects.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and policies.
• Maintain 5S in all areas of the department.
