Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in York County, Maine, seeks a Weld Supervisor to lead a TIG welding team on first shift. This permanent, direct-hire role combines hands-on welding oversight with team leadership and process improvement, with a 70k-85k annual pay and full-time hours.

You'll mentor welders, coordinate workflow, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Five years of TIG welding experience and five years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• Ability to work in both office and production environments, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
