Accelera in Texas is seeking a hands-on Lead Welder and Fabrication Supervisor to drive production excellence in our stainless steel department. You will balance TIG welding duties with team leadership to ensure high-quality output and smooth shop floor workflows.

Responsibilities include high-precision TIG welding, reading blueprints, operating brakes and plasma torches, mentoring welders, and maintaining safety and organization on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on TIG welding experience on stainless steel.
• Proven leadership or team coordination in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and measuring tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
