Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of TIG Welding Experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience overseeing teams of 20+ including interviewing, hiring and training.
• Use KPIs to drive operation and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production of the welding and grind/polish department.
• Manage and mentor the welding team to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Implement KPI-driven improvements to workflow and output.

In this role, you will be working as a TIG Welding Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day production of a welding and grind/polish department.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.

Pay; $70,000-$85,000/Yr. depending on experience
