Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Weld Lead for the 2nd shift to manage welding operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will coordinate welding tasks, monitor safety and quality, and maintain production data to meet customer demands.

The role requires steel fabrication experience and a high school diploma. Candidates should be able to lead by example, prioritize tasks, and lift up to 40 lbs while working under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication with ability to lead teams.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate welding tasks with production supervisor.
• Ensure welders follow safety and quality standards.
• Maintain daily production data and shift handoffs.
• Lead shift meetings and troubleshoot production issues.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and ensure workflow continuity.
