K-Line Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to coordinate with the First Shift supervisor and lead the Second Shift Welders.
The role involves fixture setup, welding, grinding, and buffing for varied manufacturing needs. Planned production runs are shorter and projects tend to be more complex; strong reading of blueprints and GD&T, plus teamwork, time management, and results orientation are essential.
Train on First Shift (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm) then transition to Second Shift (Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:30am).
Coordinate with First Shift supervisor to lead Second Shift Welders. Welder position safely performs standard fixture setup, welding, grinding, and buffing for a variety of organizational manufacturing needs. This position requires the ability to plan and perform diversified tasks for shorter production runs. Projects will be more complex in nature.
