State of Nebraska is seeking a part-time VR Front Desk Associate (Program Associate III) to provide a welcoming first impression and top-notch customer service at our Lincoln, NE office. The role supports VR Specialists and handles essential receptionist duties in a busy public service setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
Equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted to meet minimum qualifications.
Preferred: experience with persons with disabilities and customer service.
Experience using a client data system and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

Performs receptionist duties and greets visitors.
Maintains electronic files, processes mail and routes information.
Operates office equipment and manages inventory and supplies.
Enters client information into QE2 data system and runs reports.
Contacts providers and organizations to request information and ensures receipt.
