Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer phones and assist with questions regarding memberships, programs, and facility services.
Process memberships, registrations, and retail transactions.
Support day-to-day front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
