Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to welcome new members and guide them through their fitness journey, building genuine relationships by listening to goals and recommending personalized solutions.

This role emphasizes a friendly greeting, onboarding, and delivering an outstanding sales and service experience. You are the first face members see when they walk in, and a flexible full-time schedule is required to support our community.

Qualifications

• Authenticity, sincerity, and integrity in all interactions.

• Strong service mentality focused on member experiences.
• Positive, can-do attitude with goal-oriented mindset.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members with a welcoming and informative touch.
• Support a smooth onboarding experience for new members and be the first face they see at check-in.
