Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately in dental practice management software.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily patient flow.

• Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence.
