Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Prior experience as a dental office receptionist preferred.
• 12 years previous experience in the dental field.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient warmly to ensure they feel at ease.
• Manage phone system, answering calls and transferring to the right team member.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the office calendar organized.
• Check patients in and out, ensuring forms are completed accurately.
• Handle billing questions and insurance inquiries.
