Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, welcoming them warmly and professionally.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements with People Experience, Recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Respond to new hire questions the same business day with empathetic, solutions-focused support.
• Capture and share updates with stakeholders; maintain accurate notes in HR systems.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of the onboarding experience reflecting our culture of care.
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role ensures every new hire receives a supportive, personalized, and high-quality welcome experience, acting as a trusted point of contact who fosters a sense of belonging and excitement about joining Functional Pathways.
