You will supervise 10–20 student staff, coordinate patron services, and build partnerships across campus to promote programs and events while ensuring inclusive, high-quality service. Evening and weekend on-call shifts may be required to support operations.

Aufgaben

• Assist Org. Support Manager with researching improvements and expansion opportunities for Welcome Desk services.
• Determine and monitor Welcome Desk initiatives in SUA facilities; coordinate with managers of front-facing services.
• Partner with SUA Building Services and other campus departments to offer programs, resources, and services.
• Coordinate with SUA Event Services to support Wellbeing Space initiatives.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluations for all resources and services.
