Qualifications

• MSU graduate as a prerequisite.
• 2–3 years experience in the Department of Social Work as a Welcome Desk/Work-Study/Administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls.
• Provide level 1 advising.
• Delegate tasks to student staff.
• Support department events.
• Assist faculty and staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Train new student staff.
