Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in New Albany, OH is seeking a friendly, organized front desk/administrative associate to support campus operations, greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and assist residents with copies and tasks.

The role is part-time, Friday and Saturday nights 11:00pm–7:00am, located at Wesley Woods, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a compassionate senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
• Greet and direct all campus visitors.
• Manage mail and deliveries, including outbound mail and labels.
• Maintain POA label binder as needed.
• Communicate effectively among all departments across campus.
• Manage Guest Suite reservations and send invoicing to Billing Department.
• Monitor fire and medical alarms.
• Assist residents with copies.

You enjoy helping others, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the safety and efficiency of community operations. You handle multiple responsibilities with ease and greet every visitor with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
• Greet and direct all campus visitors
• Manage mail: Receive and distribute incoming and internal mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as outgoing mail, including HP mail to proper POAs as needed or instructed; prepare labels for IL mail boxes as residents admit or withdraw or move to another level of care
• Maintain POA label binder as needed
• Communicate effective among all departments across campus
• Manage all Guest Suite reservations; track and send invoicing to Billing Department
• Monitor fire and medical alarms
• Assist residents with copies, if needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service experience
