Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a compassionate CNA to support residents in our skilled nursing unit at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and daily activities, while documenting care and communicating changes to the team.

Qualifications

• English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and ambulation.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely assistance.
• Participate in shift reports at the start and end of each shift.
• Support dining services by collecting menu tickets and assisting with meals.
• Perform restorative procedures as instructed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions promptly.
• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Launder residents’ belongings and assist with room tidiness.
• Document resident care activities in electronic systems (e.g., AOD).
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges as directed.

Schedule: Full Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Part Time | 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 3 days per week

Part Time Every Other Weekend | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Skilled Nursing Unit.
