Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Dining Server at Twin Lakes, Montgomery, OH 45242. Part-time shifts include 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm, serving meals to residents with attention to special diets and timely service.

You will set up dining areas, distribute menus, assist with meal service, and maintain cleanliness. Prior experience in food service and strong customer service are preferred, with a service-oriented approach and teamwork values.

Qualifications

• Some High School
• Some prior experience in related food service position preferred
• Possess a customer service background and orientation

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in their rooms and dining area in friendly and timely manner by following all regulations regarding special diets
• Set up meal trays and dining room as instructed
• Distributes and collect menus as necessary
• Completes daily cleaning duties as outlined in daily lists to ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the meal service
• Restocks food and supplies in preparation of the next meal service
• Clear and resets tables
• Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assure that utensils, etc. are readily available for next meal

Schedule: Part-Time Must be available to work either:

• 7:00am-3:30pm or

You are a service-oriented and experienced dining professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others. You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
