Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Columbus, OH is seeking a compassionate CNA for PRN, day and night shifts at Wesley Glen. You will assist residents with daily activities and respond to call lights, providing timely support in a supportive, stigma-free environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. You will work with a caring team to ensure safety, dignity, and excellent resident care across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
