Job summary

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school.
• Experience equivalent to three years of full-time public contact work including at least two years of supervisory or welcome center experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a Welcome Center and maintain safe, clean facilities.
• Supervise staff, set schedules, train and evaluate performance.
• Monitor custodial/maintenance tasks and identify hazards.
• Manage equipment inventory, order supplies, and maintain records.
• Prepare time sheets and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Adhere to safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Coordinate training, travel shows and events as needed.
• Cover brochure stocking for the regional manager when required.
