YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a Welcome Center Representative in Charlestown, MA. The role supports the Membership Sales & Service team by handling check-ins, answering inquiries, processing sales, and guiding members through programs in a friendly, safe environment.

The position is part-time with the YMCA’s mission-driven culture. You will work under supervision, adhere to all policies, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient front-desk operation.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented
• Able to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Able to follow YMCA policies and procedures
• Strong communication over phone and in person

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests and check them in per policy
• Assist with membership and program sales
• Answer phone calls and provide information about programs
• Regulate lobby traffic and ensure safety protocols
• Balance daily transactions and cash-out at shift end
• Attend staff meetings and work as part of a team
