Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through the entire repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers in line with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.

Ideal candidates bring collision estimating experience, familiarity with CCC1, and strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth collaboration with insurance partners and shop technicians.

Qualifications

• Must provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• I-CAR/ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
