Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate in Rocky Mount, VA to fabricate and assemble window components in a fast-paced environment. The role involves mass-producing parts, operating hand and power tools, and supporting material handling with occasional training duties.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and passing background checks. Weekend shift, 6 AM–6 PM, with a base pay of $16.00 per hour plus $1.45 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units through repetitive workstation operations.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules; follow measurements.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees when needed.
• Support window operations with material handling duties.
