Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN, is hiring RNs and LPNs for our Weekend Warrior Program with weekend-focused schedules and longer shifts.

Earn an additional $3.00 per hour differential on top of shift pay, with 12-hour or 16-hour weekend shifts and all weekend shifts available. Join a supportive nursing team committed to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN or LPN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate.

RN / LPN Weekend Warrior Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Weekend Warrior Program, you will provide high-quality nursing care while helping ensure our residents receive the support, dignity, and attention they deserve.
