As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate
Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
New graduate RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply!
