Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Pigeon Forge, TN. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with day, evening, and night shifts, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a new competitive wage structure.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

RN / LPN Responsibilities
