Job summary
Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the Weekend Warrior Program, with 12- or 16-hour weekend shifts. An additional $3.00 per hour weekend differential applies, plus applicable shift differentials.

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Dependable and resident-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
- Promote resident comfort and dignity.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care during shifts.
