Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time and PRN roles. Shifts are 12-hour with day, evening, and night options, and weekend rotation is required.

RN / LPN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate

• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• New graduate RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply!
