Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles across day, evening, and night shifts. Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• New graduate RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

RN / LPN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.
