Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. Earn an additional $3.00 per hour differential while enjoying a weekend-focused schedule that keeps weekdays free.

Weekend shifts are 12 or 16 hours long and we offer applicable shift differentials, supportive leadership, and opportunities for career growth within a caring, resident-centered team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout your shift.
