Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the Weekend Warrior Program. Earn an additional $3.00 per hour weekend differential on top of applicable shift differentials, with 12-hour or 16-hour weekend shifts and all weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN or LPN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout your shift.
